If you are not registered with a dentist and need urgent dental treatment please contact NHS 111 on 111. GPs are not trained to deal with dental problems.
Letters From Hospitals
Please check that any correspondence from hospitals has been received by the practice before making an appointment with your usual doctor. This avoids wasting your time and ours. If you receive a letter from the hospital asking you to consult your GP, please confirm that we have received communication from them before making an appointment.
Our surgery is accessible via the rear of the building to patients using a wheelchair. If you have difficulty communicating in English, we would ask you to bring an English-speaking friend with you when visiting the practice. Alternatively, please speak to one of our receptionists, who will be able to book an interpreter to assist you during your visit with the doctor.
We can also offer an online communication tool to assist patients who are deaf. You can access this at https://signhealth.org.uk/
Please tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or if you need a private room to discuss any sensitive matters.
Facilities For The Disabled - Dial House Medical Centre
We have an access ramp, a lift and toilet facilities for the disabled. We also have limited parking at the rear of the surgery.
